The HERCon can be commercially transported anywhere in the world by road, rail, air, and sea. When coupled units are packed for transport, the HERCon is a standard ISO container, making it convenient and cost-effective to ship. As an ISO container, the HERCon can be loaded for shipping by using conventional methods, such as forklifts and overhead cranes.
The HERCon’s galvanized steel panels and securely packed configuration ensure that the equipment inside the shelter is protected from theft when in transit. The shelter’s locking systems provide security during deployment.
- Cost savings in shipping as the HERCon can be transported at regular container rates when ready for delivery.
- Deployment efficiency as the HERCon will expand three to six times when erected for occupancy on site.
- Equipment packs into the centre core of the HERCon and stays inside during setup, so equipment does not get damaged by outside weather conditions.
